No final review for Agency Worker Regulations

The government has confirmed that there will be no final modifications to the Agency Worker Regulations and they will remain unchanged.

The law, which entitles temps to equal pay and benefits to permanent staff after they have worked for the same employer for 12 weeks, came into force from 1 October.
