Our sessions are based upon the GROW Model which focuses on Goals and how Real these are, what Options you have and then a Wrap-Up with actions.

We establish a coaching contract and agree the objectives with the individual through the structure of the GROW Model. Assignments are set between meetings and followed up at the next session. Clear direction and steps to take are discussed at the final stage.
